Meet the translator: Haydn Trowell
Haydn Trowell is an Australian translator of contemporary Japanese fiction. For Gazebo Books, he has translated Schoolgirl by Rie Qudan and The Mud of a Century by Yūka Ishii. His other translations include The Rainbow by Yasunari Kawabata, Touring the Land of the Dead and Love at Six Thousand Degrees by Maki Kashimada, and The Forest Brims Over by Maru Ayase.
